How the ERP Works:

  1. Eligibility:

    • Full-time employment with the City for at least 6 consecutive months.
  2. Reimbursement:

    • State Tuition Rates: The City will reimburse you for tuition costs at the State of Florida public university or college rate, regardless of whether the institution is public or private.
    • Performance-Based: To qualify for reimbursement, you must successfully complete courses with a minimum grade of "A," "B," "C," or "Pass" in Pass/Fail courses.
  3. Commitment:

    • Employment Duration: To receive full reimbursement, you must remain employed with the City for at least two years after course completion.
