If you have a foreign diploma, it shall be accompanied by a full English language translation which the translator has certified as complete and accurate, and by the translator's certification that he or she is competent to translate from the foreign language into English.
The successful completion of college study in a foreign institution may be accepted in lieu of education in an accredited U.S. college or university. There may be appropriate evidence that the education is equivalent or that the candidate has acquired the knowledge and abilities required for the position.
In order to give credit for your education completed in a foreign institution, it is necessary to have your course work evaluated by an accredited American college or university having a curriculum in the same field. The City of Doral requires applicants to submit certified translations for all foreign language documents.

A Panel Interview will be coordinated with the Human Resources Department.
A second Interview is scheduled with the Department Director.
