The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)

The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) is a federal law that provides eligible employees with job-protected, unpaid leave for specific family and medical reasons. Navigating FMLA can sometimes feel complex, with multiple steps and requirements for both employees and supervisors.

Our goal with this intranet site is to make the FMLA process as straightforward as possible. We have created this resource to simplify the journey, providing a clear, step-by-step guide for employees requesting leave and for supervisors managing those requests. Here, you will find the tools and information you need to understand eligibility, submit paperwork, and ensure a seamless experience, allowing everyone to focus on what matters most: caring for themselves and their families.
